1.1 Nature of the Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between ar555 ("Platform", "we", "us") and any user ("you", "user"). These Terms apply to the ar555 website and all associated services.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawal processing time: usually completed within 1 hour

VIP tier is determined based on your activity and participation on the platform. Moving to a higher tier depends on your consistent participation.

6.1 Fair Play

ar555 believes in fair play. All our games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which keeps every outcome completely random and unbiased. No game result is predetermined, and previous results do not influence future results.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game remains incomplete due to server disconnection or a technical error, ar555 will attempt to review the status of the game. If the game result cannot be determined, the wagered amount will be refunded. Alleged winnings obtained due to system errors will be subject to verification before being paid out.
